Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using any mobile application or service operated by StyleUpp s.r.o.(“StyleUpp”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms apply to all StyleUpp apps and platforms, including Trailead, Overpaid and Arcthane, and to any other app we publish (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Description of service
StyleUpp builds and operates a portfolio of mobile applications. Each app provides its own features, for example real-time convoy coordination (Trailead), local price checking and quote assessment (Overpaid), and government-contract market intelligence (Arcthane). Some apps offer optional paid features. The specific functionality available depends on the app you use.
2. Account registration
To use most features you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscriptions & payments
Some features require an active subscription. We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases via the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device’s account settings.
- Prices, plans and billing cycles are shown in the app before you purchase.
4. Use of AI
Certain apps generate insights and recommendations using artificial intelligence, for example Overpaid’s price assessments and negotiation suggestions. These outputs are estimates provided for general, informational purposes only. They are not guarantees and are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial or medical advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on them.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting content publicly within an app, you grant StyleUpp a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the Services and to other users. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing or that infringes intellectual-property rights.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Harass, abuse or threaten others.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Upload harmful, obscene or violent content.
- Misuse, attack or attempt to disrupt the Services.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for errors, downtime or data loss, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of insights or estimates.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StyleUpp s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the relevant app or on this page. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
