This Privacy Policy explains how StyleUpp s.r.o.(“StyleUpp”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in the Czech Republic, collects, uses and protects your information. It applies to all applications and platforms we publish, including Trailead, Overpaid and Arcthane, as well as any other current or future StyleUpp app and our websites (together, the “Services”). Where a specific app handles data differently, this policy still governs that app unless a separate notice is shown inside it.
1. What we collect
Depending on which app you use and the features you enable, we may collect:
- Account information: such as email address, phone number, username and avatar.
- Device information: operating system version, device model and device identifiers.
- Content and metadata you provide: the information you submit to use a feature, for example routes, rooms and participants in Trailead, price quotes, job descriptions and photos in Overpaid, or watchlists and portfolio entries in Arcthane.
- Subscription and payment status: managed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage and diagnostic data: analytics and performance information used to improve the Services.
- Location data: only where an app requires it for real-time functionality (for example live convoy tracking in Trailead) and only while you use that feature.
2. How we use your data
- To provide, operate, maintain and improve each app’s core functionality.
- To power features such as real-time coordination, social interactions (following users, joining rooms or feeds) and AI-generated results.
- To manage subscriptions and access control through RevenueCat.
- To display ads in free or public areas, where enabled.
- To ensure user safety, prevent misuse and enforce usage limits and our Terms of Use.
3. AI processing
Some apps use artificial intelligence to analyse the information you provide and generate results, for example Overpaid’s fair-price assessment and negotiation suggestions. To produce these results, your input may be processed by trusted AI providers. AI-generated insights are provided for general, informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial or medical advice.
4. Data storage
User data is securely stored using Supabase and RevenueCat. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Location data is used solely for in-app real-time functionality and is never sold.
5. Third-party services
We rely on the following providers to operate the Services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Supabase: database, authentication and real-time syncing.
- RevenueCat: subscription and billing management.
- Expo & Firebase: push notifications and crash reporting (optional).
- Google AdMob: ad display in free or public areas.
- AI providers: processing of your input to generate in-app AI results, where applicable.
6. Your rights
You can:
- Access and edit your data.
- Delete your account.
- Opt out of public sharing.
- Request a copy (export) of your data.

7. Children’s privacy
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. International users
StyleUpp s.r.o. is registered in the Czech Republic, and our Services are operated under the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your data as described in this policy.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the relevant app or on this page. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
